But the situation that day was pretty bad that had brought both sides, the police and college students, to a chaos. Of course, the police should stand for their duty to find the provocators, and the students felt badly disturbed but never came to realize the situation. It looked like nobody had made any talk or negotiation, thus, soon the 'third side' made their actions up without compromise, then raised the mass emotion. this very situation tended to be chaos, said some psycologist. disadvantage for both sides, but beneficial for the 'third side'. as far as I know, the poice had done their job well.
